Bieber is currently signed to a recording contract with Island Records, which was offered by L.A. Reid. Bieber's debut single, "One Time", was released in 2009 and peaked in the top twenty in Canada and charted in the top thirty in several international markets. His debut album, the seven-track EP My World, followed in November 2009, and was soon certified platinum in the United States. Justin Bieber: New Face of Adidas NEO!

Justin Bieber has been picked to front Adidas’ NEO range.

The Canadian has teamed up with the German sportswear brand to help promote their NEO line of products, which includes clothes, shoes and accessories.

The ‘Boyfriend’ man has signed a two-year deal with Adidas that will see him advertise the company through to 2014.

Speaking about the partnership, Bieber said in a statement that he shared NEO’s ethos that “style is an adventure”. He said:

“I found a real connection with NEO because it is about fashion, freedom and being true to who you are. With my new album, ‘Believe’, I am spreading the message of believing in yourself.”

Bieber continued: “The first step is showing who you are, and one of the great ways to showcase yourself is through fashion. For me style is an adventure, something to have fun with and NEO believes this too.”
