The Boyfriend star added to his inkings over the weekend with the black and grey bird – associated with wisdom.
His fans had a good look at the new addition as he performed in Houston, dressed in a white sleeveless hoodie and gold gloves, on the latest leg of his Believe tour.
After revealing the artwork, he retweeted a fan’s message.
It said: “OWL symbolizes: Wise, Majestic and Powerful. Best tattoo ever @justinbieber.”
The 18-year-old already has eight tattoos, including the word Jesus on the left side of his torso, Believe on his forearm, praying hands on his legs and the image of Christ on his left calf.
The owl isn’t the only bird – his first artwork was a seagull on his hip, which he got for his 16th birthday.
